On the wine front, the Monkey restaurant bar in San Antonio boasts an eclectic selection. We collaborate almost exclusively with small, biodynamic producers, with whom we have forged lasting relationships built on trust. Each of our wines is the result of a personal favorite by Antony Faotto and David Janaud and Ben Janaud, who pay particular attention to craftsmanship and the passing down of family traditions from generation to generation.

From white wines by Bernard and Fabrice Gripa to champagne from the renowned Pierre Mignon for lovers of fine bubbles, the Monkey bar in Ibiza offers over fifty carefully selected wines from all regions of France, solely for the pleasure of your palate.
