At Monkey restaurant in Ibiza, Mediterranean cuisine is meant to be shared: a convivial and refined menu featuring shakshuka, cod fritters, lamb slow-cooked for 7 hours with homemade harissa, Padrón peppers, and meze served with fresh bread. A must-try: the Croq'Monkey (24-month aged Comté cheese, Parisian ham, truffle cream).

In keeping with Ibiza's festive restaurant spirit, the menu continues with candied eggplant, prawns flambéed with whisky, crispy feta, or whole sea bream, to be enjoyed with a cocktail or a glass of wine. To finish: tiramisu, chocolate fondant, and desserts to share while watching the sunset in San Antonio.
