A delicious shakshuka tomato, pepper and onion, cod fritters and their tartar sauce, shoulder of lamb confit for 7 hours, homemade harissa potatoes, pimientos de Padrón, not forgetting the essential mezzes to taste accompanied by fresh bread. As for the Croq'monkey, you won't be able to resist: Comté matured for 24 months, white ham from Paris, truffle cream and toasted bread. Trained with the greatest restaurants, Antony Faotto, Ben Janaud and David Janaud have been able to synergize their experience to create a concept halfway between the refinement of the great gastronomic establishments and the more rock-n-roll side of the places of the new Parisian scene.
