The Monkey Ibiza restaurant: a gourmet menu to share

A delicious shakshuka tomato, pepper and onion, cod fritters and their tartar sauce, shoulder of lamb confit for 7 hours, homemade harissa potatoes, pimientos de Padrón, not forgetting the essential mezzes to taste accompanied by fresh bread. As for the Croq'monkey, you won't be able to resist: Comté matured for 24 months, white ham from Paris, truffle cream and toasted bread. At the Monkey restaurant in Ibiza, the flavors burst in the mouth and the pleasure is there.
A prelude that cheerfully announces the sequel: candied eggplant and roasted almonds, prawns flambéed with whisky, crispy feta with tangy mustard seed or whole sea bream, always to share. The dance of the plates is accompanied by a skilfully sourced glass of wine or a colorful cocktail. For the final note, a Tiramisu like in Naples or a chocolate mi-cuit with Parisian accents.
